Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery 

Standard Shipping

5–7 business days

Free shipping threshold: Orders over $[50] ship free within the [US].

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey.

Shipping destinations: We currently ship to [the United States] / [the US and Canada] / [worldwide]. [International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.]

Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, factors like weather, carrier delays, or high order volume may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or stolen packages: PetKindred is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
